Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming setting across various homes and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall upkeep and presentation of our clients' spaces while working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in homes and commercial settings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Handle trash removal and recycling procedures efficiently and responsibly
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support ongoing operations
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly within scheduled timeframes

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality and safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to company policies
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed for various shifts or schedules

Pay: $17.72-$20.48 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 – 3.0 per week
