Wayfound Mental Health | Ontario
Your next chapter could be more than a caseload.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Position: Part-Time, Full-Time or Contract
Compensation: Competitive, based on registration status and experience.
Join a Team Specializing in Mental Health Care for First Responders and the operationally stressed
At Wayfound Mental Health, we believe the people who spend their lives showing up for others deserve exceptional mental health care when they need it most.
We are passionate about supporting individuals and organizations affected by operational stress, including first responders, military personnel, veterans, healthcare professionals, and others working in demanding environments.
We're growing in Ontario, and we're looking for an exceptional doctoral-level, Ontario-registered Clinical Psychologist who wants to help us build something meaningful.
This isn't your typical clinical position.
We're looking for someone who loves clinical work but is equally energized by mentoring future psychologists, developing educational opportunities, building relationships, and helping shape the future of psychological care.
Less time managing a full caseload. More time making an impact.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional clinical care. Maintain a deliberately smaller caseload, allowing you to remain connected to clinical practice while dedicating meaningful time to leadership, supervision, and growth.
Develop the next generation. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Psychological Associates pursuing registration and doctoral psychology students, within your authorized scope and applicable regulatory requirements.
Bring education to life. Contribute to workshops, professional development, presentations, and cutting-edge educational initiatives that help individuals and organizations better understand operational stress and psychological health.
Build meaningful partnerships. Work alongside our leadership team to develop referral relationships, engage community partners, and expand access to Wayfound's services across Ontario.
Help shape our future. Contribute your expertise to clinical program development, quality improvement, and the continued growth of our Ontario clinics.
Who We're Looking For
You are someone who sees opportunity where others see obstacles. You bring clinical excellence, curiosity, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
You'll bring
- A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
- Current registration as a Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, in good standing, with appropriate authorization for the clinical services and supervision involved.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing emerging clinicians, or a strong interest in doing so.
- A passion for working with individuals affected by trauma, operational stress, and occupational psychological injuries.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for education, collaboration, and community engagement.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about contributing to a growing organization.
Experience with first responders, military personnel, veterans, occupational trauma, or psychological assessment is particularly valuable. Why Wayfound?
Because we are building something worth being part of.
At Wayfound, you'll find a team that values expertise, welcomes new ideas, and believes meaningful work can also be energizing, collaborative, and fun.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with organizational leadership, influence how we grow, and help develop services that make a real difference in people's lives.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill an opening.
We're looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next.
If you're an accomplished psychologist who loves the profession but wants to make an impact beyond the therapy room, we'd love to meet you.
Let's build something meaningful together.
