If you are a CNC Grinder Operator with years of experience in the field and want to showcase your talent and be a team player within the Basin organization, we are looking for you!

Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:

- Be responsible for setting up and operating the grinding/polishing center used to grind carbide coatings as per work orders and drawings.
- Mount work piece in chuck and steady rest by using a hoist.
- Verify dimensions of finished work piece using measuring devices.
- Maintain traceability of materials at all times.
- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
- Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.

Additional Requirements:

- Applicable years’ experience




- Mechanical aptitude and outstanding understanding of tapered threads and blueprints
- Mathematic skills to solve problems
- Able to multi-task and work well under stress
- Self-motived, highly organized, detail-oriented
- Must be able to read/speak English fluently
- Conduct job hazard analysis worksheets, as required
- Participate in all HSE inspections
- Follow all company policies and procedures (QC, QA, HSE)
