Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations, ensuring precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machinery, programming languages, and manufacturing processes to produce high-quality components.

The CNC Programmer will collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet design specifications and production deadlines, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Duties

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling machines and lathesusing CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of programs, setups, and modifications for quality control and repeatability.
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize machining processes for productivity and quality improvements.




- Conduct routine inspections of machined parts to verify dimensions using precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with CNC programming on Mastercam is a required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining operations including CNC lathe and CNC milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications accurately.
- Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry essential for exact programming and measurements.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
