- Develop competitive pricing, promotions, and membership packages to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Build relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and professionals.

- Organize networking opportunities, business events, and community-building initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
- Build a strong reputation for Plaza 14 as a preferred coworking destination in Calgary.

Financial Performance & Reporting

- Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, revenue, and operating expenses.
- Provide regular performance reports to ownership.
- Develop strategies to improve profitability and minimize vacancies.

- Knowledge of the Calgary commercial office market is an asset.

What We Offer
- Chance to lead and grow a new coworking business within an established real estate company.
- Direct involvement in business development, leasing strategy, and operational decisions.
- Competitive compensation with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
- A high level of autonomy and responsibility.
- Opportunity for long-term growth as our commercial portfolio and flexible office operations expand.
- Support from an experienced ownership and property management team.

Who We're Looking For We are not simply looking for someone to manage a reception desk.

We want someone who can take ownership of the space, fill offices, build relationships, and turn Plaza 14 into a successful and profitable coworking destination.

You should be comfortable taking initiative, actively pursuing new business, and working independently to achieve results.
