Shine Brite connects local businesses with vetted commercial cleaning companies. Our appointment setters book in-person walkthroughs with offices, clinics, daycares, property managers and industrial sites. We're looking for 1 or 2 estimators to visit those sites, walk them with the client, and send us a quote.

What you'll do

- Visit booked walkthroughs in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph (usually 30 to 60 minutes each)
- Walk the site with the client, note square footage, washrooms, floors and how often they want cleaning
- Mention one-time services like floor strip and wax, carpet and window cleaning
- Submit your quote within 24 hours using our quoting sheet. We approve the final client price.

What we're looking for

- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial supervision, facility management, or a similar field
- Comfortable talking with business owners and office managers in person
- Valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
- Reliable, organized, and good at following up

Pay

- 10% of one month's contract value for every site that signs after your walkthrough
- Commission only, paid twice a month after the client's first payment clears
- You choose the days and hours you're available

Positive to know

- This is an independent contractor role, not employment
- Walkthroughs depend on bookings and aren't guaranteed
- Training and support from an owner with 30+ years in commercial cleaning; she'll join your first walkthroughs

To apply, send your resume and a few lines about your cleaning or facilities experience. Pay: $300.00-$1,000.00 per day

Application question(s)

- Do you have a valid driver's licence and your own vehicle? (Yes/No)
- Which days and times are you usually available for walkthroughs?
