Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman (Red Seal)

Location: Projects throughout the Lower Mainland: possible sites include Surrey, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Vancouver, Whistler

About Us:

Since 1977, Lambert Plumbing and Heating has invested in our people through continuous training and development. We are looking for a commercial plumbing foreman to lead crews on a strong pipeline of work. We team up with Prostar Contracting on many of our larger projects.

Our commercial crew handles everything from T.I.s and renovations to commercial re-piping projects ranging from $30,000 to $3 million across the Lower Mainland.

There’s a hotel renovation in Whistler too. Get LOA and go up for a week or two a month to switch things up.

Your Role:

- Lead and work alongside plumbing crews on commercial re-pipe, T.I. and renovation projects.
- Plan the work 1–2 weeks ahead: manpower, material lists, inspections and milestones.
- Keep crews productive with a steady backlog of ready work.
- Review drawings and specs before install, and catch scope changes and extras early.
- Work closely with our project managers, general contractors, site superintendents, suppliers and inspectors.
- Keep the job site clean, organized and safe, and complete clear site reports.
- Mentor apprentices and helpers.





What You Need:

- A valid BC Red Seal Plumber certification
- Experience in commercial plumbing, especially in T.I., renovations and re-piping.
- Experience leading a crew or acting as lead hand.
- Strong planning, material management and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- The ability to spot problems before they hit production.
- A dedication to quality workmanship, safety and cleanliness.
