About Us

Antler Woodworking LTD specializes in custom closets, cabinetry, and architectural millwork. We provide tailored solutions for residential projects, contractors, renovation companies, builders, and property developers across Metro Vancouver.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base and generate current business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, renovation companies, home builders, developers, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals.
- Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
- Introduce our custom closet, cabinetry, and millwork services to potential clients.
- Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects, arrange meetings, and help convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is an asset.




- Experience in construction, renovations, cabinetry, millwork, or the building industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to develop professional relationships and generate new leads.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred.

Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed base salary. Compensation is tied to qualifying sales generated by the representative, under an agreed written commission structure.

Commission rate and payment terms: To be agreed upon before engagement and documented in writing.
