With over 8 years of experience in compliance, you will navigate regulatory frameworks, partner across teams, and resolve compliance issues effectively. Your strategic oversight will ensure that the Affirm Card features remain cutting-edge and align with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Own compliance advisory across card marketing and onboarding
- Conduct root-cause analysis for compliance issues




- Review marketing and UX for regulatory compliance
- Partner with Legal and Risk for audits and exams
- Maintain and enhance compliance training materials

Requirements:

- 8+ years in compliance advisory in financial services
- Deep knowledge of EFTA and TILA regulations
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex issues
- Independent decision-making in compliance matters
