Computer and Information Systems Manager

Location: 125 Lakeshore Rd E, Oakville, ON L6J 1H3. In person.

Permanent, full time: 30 hours per week. Pay: CAD $67.69 per hour.

CITIA is hiring a Computer and Information Systems Manager to support its technology, innovation and training programs.

Responsibilities

- Plan and direct information systems operations supporting CITIA programs and services.
- Develop IT policies, project plans, budgets and service standards.
- Evaluate system requirements and coordinate infrastructure, cloud and application projects.
- Manage technical staff or service providers and monitor delivery and system performance.
- Oversee access controls, backup, recovery and information security processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering,



technology management or a related field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience, including responsibility for coordinating or managing relevant activities.
- English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required.
- Knowledge of IT service management, systems infrastructure, project budgeting and technical team coordination.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
