We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing team across a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with civil construction activities, including excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, compaction, and site preparation.
- Support underground utility installation, repairs, ground disturbance, and hydrovac operations.
- Assist with road construction, gravel placement, drainage improvements, ditch maintenance, and erosion control.
- Perform concrete forming, placing, levelling, finishing, demolition, repair, and restoration.
- Assist with foundation preparation, pile cap excavations, equipment pads, and other civil infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and apply industrial coatings, including epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic flooring, waterproofing, and grouting systems.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support industrial maintenance, plant turnarounds, capital projects, and seasonal property maintenance.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.




- Maintain clean and safe work areas while following company and client safety procedures.
- Execute daily work instructions from supervisors while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of construction experience preferred, including civil, concrete, earthworks, or industrial maintenance.
- Commercial, institutional, or industrial construction experience is an asset.
- Experience with excavation, underground utilities, concrete restoration, or heavy equipment is beneficial.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing demanding work, including bending, kneeling, and working on uneven terrain.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Solid teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work safely, independently, and efficiently.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation may be required depending on the position.
- Steel-toed boots and standard construction PPE required.
- Flexibility to work overtime or modified schedules as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$31.00 per hour
