Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Analyst in the Supply Chain sector in Calgary, Alberta.

In this role, you'll manage technology-related spend categories, lead sourcing activities, develop vendor relationships, and provide procurement expertise for software, hardware, telecommunications, and skilled services. Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing activities for software, technology services, hardware,



and telecommunications categories
- Develop demand planning strategies in partnership with business stakeholders
- Coordinate RFx processes, bid evaluations, and supplier selection activities
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support procurement decisions
- Negotiate contracts and support contract award recommendations
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
- Resolve procurement and contract-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Support procurement best practices, training, and category management initiatives

Requirements:

- Hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Bring at least 3 years of technology sourcing or procurement experience
- Demonstrate experience managing software, IT services, or technology contracts
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Analyze procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Utilize procurement systems and tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Power BI
- Show interest and aptitude for learning technical products, services, and contract terms
