Dooly's Ottawa is looking for reliable, energetic, and hardworking Cooks to join our kitchen team!

We're a busy, high-energy pool hall, restaurant, and bar with a great atmosphere and a strong team. We're looking for individuals who enjoy working in a quick-paced kitchen, take pride in the food they prepare, and work well with others.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Dooly's standards.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night shifts.
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and general kitchen duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.




- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.

Schedule: Part-time, including evenings and weekends

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
