We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The Cook will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by demonstrating expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Serve dishes efficiently and courteously to guests or service staff
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food presentation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices
- Experience with serving customers or guests is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Kitchen experience involving food handling, preparation, and cooking methods is highly desirable
