We are expanding and seeking an experienced, highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team of physicians, nurses, and medical aestheticians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics, advanced injectable treatments, patient assessments, and clinical decision-making. We are looking for a hands-on practitioner who is confident performing cosmetic procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox (neuromodulators), dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, and other biostimulatory treatments.
- Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, patient assessments, and skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatment options.
- Prescribe medications and treatments when clinically appropriate and within the NP's authorized scope of practice.
- Perform or oversee aesthetic procedures, including PRP treatments, microneedling, fractional laser resurfacing, laser skin rejuvenation, IPL, laser hair removal, laser vein treatments, sclerotherapy, and chemical peels, based on qualifications and training.
- Develop personalized treatment plans addressing skin rejuvenation, aging concerns, pigmentation, acne scarring, and other aesthetic conditions.




- Assess patients for treatment contraindications, manage potential complications, and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and informed consent.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical aestheticians to ensure high standards of patient safety and clinical care.
- Provide exceptional patient experiences while working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications
- Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetic treatments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced injectable techniques.
- Certification and practical experience in medical aesthetics.
- Experience with laser skin resurfacing and other energy-based aesthetic treatments is an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and prescribing skills.
- Knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic treatment protocols, and complication management.
- Excellent communication, patient consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong focus on professionalism, patient safety,



and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work at both Toronto clinic locations, including Saturdays.

Experience:

- Medical aesthetics / cosmetic injectables: 2 years (required)
