Dawn Recruiting Agency is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals for a Credit Card Sales Representative position with Kognitive Sales Solutions in Kingston, Ontario.

In this role, you will engage with customers in a retail environment, explain the features and benefits of credit card and other financial products, and recommend suitable options based on customer needs. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and passionate about sales and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Educate customers about credit card features, perks, and financial product offerings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and increase brand awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide accurate product information.
- Initiate conversations with potential customers and use creative approaches to generate interest.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Handle confidential customer information responsibly and maintain professional standards.
- Participate in training, coaching, and development activities.




- Represent the brand professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is an asset; one year or more of financial or retail sales experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers and acquiring new customers.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and performance goals.
- Interest in financial products and willingness to learn product details.
- Strong integrity, accountability, and confidentiality when handling customer information.
- Willingness to complete the required criminal and credit background checks.
- A valid driver's licence or reliable access to a vehicle is an asset.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to receive coaching and training.
