CSN Concord is a premier 36,000 sq. ft. collision repair facility located in Vaughan, specializing in collision repair, ADAS calibration, and OEM-certified repairs (including Tesla). As part of the CSN Collision network, we are known for our exceptional quality, customer experience, and industry-leading equipment.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, professional, and supportive repair journey.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, in person and over the phone
- Coordinate vehicle intake, estimates, scheduling, and repair status updates
- Prepare and review customer files, insurance documentation, and work orders
- Communicate with insurance companies and rental car providers to ensure a seamless process
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the repair process
- Support production and management teams with administrative duties as required

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or administrative experience (collision repair, automotive, or insurance industry experience an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software (Mitchell, Audatex, Bodyshop Connect is a plus)
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
