Evolution Fulfillment Inc. is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in fulfillment services for leading fashion, apparel, beauty, and lifestyle brands across North America. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused skilled who enjoys solving problems and working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the operational contact for clients; provide updates on inventory, orders, freight and delivery exceptions.
- Quote and book Canadian LTL freight and coordinate Canadian and US LTL, FTL, third-party and retailer-designated shipments, including collect freight.
- Prepare bills of lading, packing slips and shipping records; track pickups, deliveries and freight discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory allocation, purchase orders and order readiness against routing, shipping, delivery and cancellation deadlines.
- Submit retailer routing requests, book distribution centre appointments and coordinate carrier schedules.
- Coordinate value-added services such as tagging, relabelling and carton labelling with warehouse planning.
- Prepare EDI advance shipping notices (ASNs), compliant carton labels and accurate shipment information.




- Maintain retailer routing guides and SOPs; investigate chargebacks and support invoice disputes.
- Coordinate inbound sales samples, inventory tracking and distribution; maintain records and resolve recurring issues.

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years of customer service, logistics or order coordination experience in a 3PL, warehouse, wholesale or distribution environment.
- Experience with freight bookings, retailer routing requirements, shipping documents and delivery deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with warehouse or order management systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and independent follow-through.
