About the role

KKP Halifax is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to help customers bring their print projects to life. From business cards and brochures to signage and promotional materials, you’ll help customers understand their options and keep their orders moving smoothly.

You’ll be a key connection between our customers and production team, handling inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and keeping customers updated. This role is a outstanding fit for someone who enjoys working with people, pays attention to detail, and can manage several priorities in a busy environment.

What you’ll do

- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email with product questions, quotes, and orders.
- Gather clear project details, including quantities, sizes, materials, finishing requirements, and deadlines.
- Prepare quotes, enter orders accurately, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with our design and production team to confirm requirements and communicate timelines.
- Help coordinate artwork submissions, proofs, and customer approvals.
- Keep customers informed about order progress, pickup arrangements, and any changes.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer and order records.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally and work with the team to find practical solutions.
- Recommend relevant products and services based on each customer’s needs.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming front counter and workspace.

What you bring

- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or office administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple orders.
- Confidence using computers, email, and learning new software.
- A dependable, proactive approach and willingness to support your team.
- The ability to ask questions, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.
- Printing, signage, or graphic design experience is an asset.

Pay: $16.75-$31.02 per hour
