Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions. The successful candidate will help identify trends, prepare reports, maintain data accuracy, and turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in solving business problems through data.

Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use Excel and other analytical tools to interpret business data.
- Work with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau when required.
- Verify data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant team members.
- Maintain documentation and follow data quality standards.
- Support ongoing reporting and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an asset.
- Ability to explain findings clearly in written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant education or practical experience in data analysis, statistics, business, or a related field is an asset.
