Experienced Dental Technician – Traditional & Digital Denture Production

We are looking for an experienced dental technician with robust traditional denture skills and a keen interest in digital dentistry.

Our immediate priority is someone who can contribute confidently to conventional denture production from day one.

Alongside this hands-on work, you will help develop our digital manufacturing capabilities, including scanning, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, post-processing, and digital workflows.

You will also help lead and train a small production team, improve processes, establish standard operating procedures, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain consistent quality and turnaround times.

Ideal experience and skills:

- Proven experience in denture or removable prosthetics production
- Strong practical skills in traditional denture techniques,



particularly plastering, investing, flasking, and processing
- A keen interest in learning and adopting digital denture workflows
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and support a small production team
- Experience training or supervising others is an asset
- Familiarity with dental scanners, CAD/CAM, or 3D printing is an asset

Traditional denture experience is essential. Digital experience is welcome, with opportunities to learn and develop these skills as our capabilities grow. Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
