Digital Product Owner

Your Role

- Act as a Product Owner within an Agile framework for complex projects, translating them into digital features for the team.
- Collaborate closely with the Initiative Owner (IO) and various stakeholders to contribute to the execution of initiatives and the evolution of the product roadmap.
- Develop, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on business value, user needs, and initiative objectives.
- Ensure that teams understand business requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.
- Translate the initiative’s vision and objectives into concrete deliverables for the delivery teams.
- Participate in identifying dependencies, risks, and issues that could impact the delivery of initiatives.
- Lead delivery activities within multidisciplinary teams, maintaining a focus on customer value and the Bank’s business objectives.




- Drive continuous improvement to optimize products and meet both current and future needs.

Prerequisites

- Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner (PO).
- Knowledge of the digital product landscape, covering both web and mobile channels.
- Strong familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or equivalent software.
- Solid written and oral communication skills, along with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
