Than 45 Years Of Experience Solving Complex Electrical Challenges, BBA's Go-to-market Strategy Will Be Guided By The Following Principles Avoid commodity building design and leverage strategic partnerships where appropriate. Focus on projects larger than 25 MW. You'll source and ensure successful delivery of power projects to meet the energy needs of large-load clients, primarily data centres.

You'll also occasionally support other industrial, community and utility clients operating in remote or partially grid-connected environments. As a renewable power professional,



you'll lead the modelling, optimization and delivery of complex energy projects involving renewable technologies, including wind, solar PV, BESS, thermal and hydroelectric power. Your work will include studies, roadmaps and project execution.

BBA operates within a matrix structure, and the New Large Loads business line you'll lead has both national and international focus. The business line is accountable for defining market strategy and overseeing sector performance. While most projects are executed through these regional teams, the business line may also directly manage and deliver certain strategic initiatives.

Coordinate the development and execution of BBA’s data centre market strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the data centre, utilities and industrial sectors Support the development of short-, medium- and long-term prospect pipelines while identifying cross-selling opportunities for BBA’s services Support project sourcing efforts by identifying opportunities that align with regional priorities across Canada and evolving data centre power needs Maintain a strong understanding of energy market trends, particularly for data centres, off-grid,



hybrid and utility-linked power systems. Serve as project manager and technical lead for selected strategic projects, including project development support, feasibility studies, roadmaps and execution mandates Oversee technical reviews and coordinate engineering and design activities across disciplines Help develop internal expertise in data centre development, power system optimization, hybrid energy solutions and renewable integration Participate in knowledge sharing and thought leadership activities, including internal training, technical contributions and industry engagements.
