This director-level role owns recent partner transitions from planning through business-as-usual handoff. You will assess complexity, oversee execution, and improve operational experiences across Q Wealth. The position also leads scalable training for partners and their teams across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess transition timing, complexity, resourcing, and bespoke partner requirements

Approve transition plans and maintain established service levels

Oversee active transition reporting, communications, and data collection

Direct the Manager, Transitions, and support team development





Build custodian relationships supporting accurate partner transitions

Requirements

Experience leading complex operational transitions

Strength in planning, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination

Ability to develop training programs and delivery strategies

Capability to manage escalations and cross-functional deliverables

Knowledge of compliance-aligned client communications
