Job Overview The Director of Programs at Beyond Barriers Access and Advocacy Services is a vital leadership role dedicated to overseeing and expanding our community outreach, advocacy, and support initiatives. Duties

- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs aligned with the organization’s mission of access and advocacy.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to ensure program success.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs and increase community participation.
- Facilitate public speaking engagements to raise awareness about organization initiatives and advocate for community needs.
- Coordinate data collection efforts to monitor program outcomes, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement.
- Manage administrative tasks related to program operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance documentation..
- Design and deliver educational workshops or teaching sessions aimed at empowering community members.
- Foster partnerships with local organizations,



stakeholders, and community leaders to expand outreach efforts.

- Supervisor experience with a track record of leading teams or programs effectively.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.

- Skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Administrative experience including record keeping, scheduling, and compliance management.
- Recruiting experience with a focus on volunteer engagement and retention.
- Teaching or training experience that supports educational programming for community empowerment.
