As Director, Value Added Services and Beyond Banking, you will define Personal Banking’s value proposition and multi-year roadmap.

The mandate spans goals, protection, financial education, digital experiences, partnerships, and beyond banking advantages. You will guide capabilities including My Financial Progress, Credit Coach, SmartProgress, Zogo, and the Beyond Banking Benefits ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Define Personal Banking’s value proposition and multi-year roadmap

- Undergraduate degree and MBA from a top tier school
- 10+ years in strategy, product, partnerships, or customer experience
- Experience launching new propositions from concept to scale
- Strong commercial acumen and partnership negotiation skills
