Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and food prep stations according to health and safety standards
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs as needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items




- Help with inventory management by storing supplies properly and notifying management of stock shortages
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and maintain a safe working setting at all times

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
