Our Client, a Medical Devices / Healthcare company, is looking for a Distribution Coordinator for their Mississauga ON location.

Responsibilities:

- The primary responsibility of the position is to perform the stock put-away and picking functions.

- Rotate, as requested, amongst the various functions (Shipping, Receiving, Surgical Loaner and kit building)

- required to ensure that service levels are met on a daily basis.

- Maintain target levels of accuracy and productivity per function

- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with team members

- Maintain safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

- Display strong ownership and sense of urgency in completion of the tasks at hand

- Possess a self-directed attitude and initiative

- Understanding of all systems associated with the distribution functions





- Customer focused

- Team player

- Education/ experience requirements :

- High school diploma (or equivalent) required plus 2-4 years of experience in a distribution warehouse
- environment

- Experience in an automated distribution environment

- Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment

- Experience in any of the receiving/stocking/picking/shipping functions of a distribution function

- Experience in operation of a narrow-aisle reach truck
