WSP Canada is seeking a District Energy Team Lead to blend technical leadership in mechanical or electrical engineering with people leadership, project delivery, and client engagement. You will guide DES projects across thermal networks, energy centres, and retrofits with utilities, campuses, and municipalities.

You will develop engineers, manage complex studies and implementations, and collaborate across WSP's DES network to drive growth and technical excellence in lower-carbon energy solutions.
