Position Overview The Enterprise Applications team is seeking a
Dynamics 365 Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Dynamics 365 capabilities align with operational requirements and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience configuring Dynamics 365 solutions in a production setting.
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer service, field service, finance, or operations business processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications and business systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
