Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth while ensuring the well-being of each child in our care.

Duties

- Develop and implement engaging curriculum activities tailored to early childhood development standards
- Supervise and interact with children during play, learning, and mealtime to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Observe and assess individual children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and concerns
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment adhering to health and safety regulations




- Collaborate with colleagues to plan special events or activities that enhance the educational experience
- Assist children with personal care routines as needed, including diapering or toileting support when appropriate

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment
- Compassionate caregiving attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education are desirable but not mandatory
