RRRC Discovery Childcare is seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified Early Childhood Educators (ECE Levels I, II, and III) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences aligned with Saskatchewan's Play and Exploration framework.

Foster children's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development.

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive childcare environment.

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.

Support children with diverse abilities and individual developmental needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Saskatchewan ECE Level I, II,



or III certification .

Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification.

Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Ability to meet the physical demands of working in an early childhood education setting.

A genuine passion for supporting children's growth, development, and well-being.
