Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a genuine love for working with children. The ECE Teacher will play a vital role in fostering early childhood development and supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in early childhood settings.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members regularly.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental milestones.
- Assist with classroom management, including organizing materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed.




- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.

Skills

- Experience working with children across various age groups in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education strategies.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or in special education environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation.
- Computer skills including basic operation of educational software and record-keeping tools.
- Leadership qualities to guide young learners and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Writing skills for documenting progress reports and communicating with families.
