We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and skilled Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our growing team as an independent contractor!

About the Role

- Work with couples, families, and adult individual clients.
- Provide primarily in-person therapy, with occasional online sessions.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling of 15–30 hours per week.
- Receive the opportunity for monthly supervision.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals committed to clinical excellence and ongoing growth.

Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:





- Registration in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW.
- At least 1-5 years of direct clinical experience.
- Completed EFCT Extern and/or Core Skills training.
- Experience working with couples, families, and/or adults; experience with youth is an asset.
- Strong clinical judgment, skilled integrity, and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for helping people heal, grow, and thrive in their relationships.
- A commitment to ongoing learning, accountability, and delivering exceptional client care.

Position Details

- Position: Independent Contractor
- Location: 110 Eglinton Avenue West, Suite 303F, Toronto
- Hours: 15–30 hours per week, including two weekday evening blocks or one weekday evening block and one weekend block
- Compensation: 65% of client fees to the therapist / 35% to New Insights Counselling
