Electrical maintenance skills meet hands-on learning in Mississauga, Ontario, with Johnson Electric. Support machinery installation, repair, testing, and maintenance onsite.

This full time Electrical Co-op suits students enrolled in post-secondary technical education. You will work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and CNC systems. The position follows day, afternoon, and night shifts while applying SPS, 5S, and Continuous Improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, repair, test, and install electrical motors and generators
- Service hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems
- Repair wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, and components
- Maintain maintenance shop cleanliness and parts inventory




- Meet quality and Environmental Health and Safety system requirements

Requirements:

- Enrollment in post-secondary technical education
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly and machine repair
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and CNC systems
- Welding and basic machining skills are an asset
- Automotive industry experience is an asset, not required
