Opportunity We are currently seeking Electronic Division Leader to join our team for body-worn camera assembly production. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on and management experience while working with a skilled and multicultural team committed to quality and innovation.

Role Overview

- Lead and manage a team of 7–15 employees responsible for production, assembly, packaging, and shipping.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
- Plan and coordinate production activities, packaging, and shipments.
- Perform comprehensive camera testing and inspections.
- Maintain quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities





- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Organize and monitor assembly, packaging, and shipping processes to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
- Perform complete camera testing and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks and address any quality issues.
- Ensure proper handling of electronic components and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Support team members and provide guidance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Ability to manage and coordinate a team across production, packaging, and shipping operations.
- Good hand dexterity and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work effectively in a team environment.
- An educational or practical background in electronics or a related technical field is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Employment

- Job Type: Full time permanent
- Wage: Starting at $25-35/hour
