Develop and Implement Commercial Strategies

Create and execute commercial plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

Market Research and Business Planning

Conduct thorough market research to assess threats and opportunities.

Formulate detailed business plans for commercial endeavors, including expansion and business development.

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management

Actively acquire recent customers and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.

Work closely with diverse teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

Proven Experience: At least 15 years experience within the Mining & Metals sector





Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams of 5-30 professionals.

Proven experience coaching managers, technical leaders, and engineering professionals.

Experience with large-scale industrial, mining, mineral processing, or metals projects.

Experience supporting international and global project execution.

Strategic Thinking: Combine commercial awareness with a strategic mindset.

Leadership and Communication: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education: Engineering degree, bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in business administration, finance. A master’s degree (MSc/MA) is an asset.
