Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional entry-level candidate to support physician recruitment and business development activities at our clinic. This position is suitable for an individual interested in developing a career in healthcare administration, recruitment, or sales. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact physicians and medical specialists regarding opportunities with the clinic.
- Assist with physician outreach through telephone calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Provide information about the clinic’s services and opportunities for collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Assist with recruitment initiatives and business development activities.
- Follow up with prospective physicians and report on outreach progress.

Qualifications




- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or healthcare administration is an asset but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn about physician recruitment and the Ontario healthcare sector.
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is an asset.

Compensation Compensation will be discussed based on the candidate’s qualifications and the agreed employment arrangement.
