The Skin Care, Hair Care and Make-up Consultant is an expert in his/her field.

He or she informs and advises customers in a friendly and professional manner, shares knowledge and suggests the right product to help, improve and possibly remedy the discomfort of the applicant.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

- Identify the customer's need and direct them in a clear and precise manner;
- Encourage the customer to try the suggested product, give a personalized service to each of them and make sure that the customer understands all aspects (care, applications...)

Shop presentation:
- Participate in the organization and maintenance of cleanliness in the assigned department;
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are arranged in accordance with the Marchés TAU vision.

Disposition and marketing:
- Communicate any problems or missing items to his/her supervisor;




- Follow the sampling procedures given by the suppliers.

Skills and knowledge required:
- One to two years experience in sales and/or customer service;
- Have taken a course and/or have relevant experience in skin care and make-up;
- Willingness to provide treatments directly to customers in order to better inform them;
- Be comfortable with flexible hours that may require availability during evenings, weekends and holidays.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The consultant must:

- Be able to work in a scent rich workplace;
- Be able to lift and carry a maximum of 25lb;
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
