Concrete & Formwork Estimator (Intermediate to Senior) | Business Development Focus

Lower Mainland, BC | $100,000–$140,000 + benefits | Permanent, full-time

SSA Recruitment is partnering with an established, self-performing concrete contractor looking for an estimator who can do more than price work. They want someone who can build relationships, win bids and drive growth.

The role

- Estimate concrete and formwork scopes across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Complete takeoffs, review drawings and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Build relationships with GCs, clients and suppliers.
- Follow up on bids and actively pursue new business.
- Contribute to a growing, high-performing team.

What you bring

- Proven formwork and structural concrete estimating experience.




- Ability to independently produce detailed estimates.
- A track record of successful bids and building client relationships.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to winning work.
