PARO Centre for Women's Enterprise is seeking an experienced Evaluator to assess the outcomes and impact of a current project on a contract basis.
Scope: An independent contractor role to fully design and execute an external project evaluation plan. The contractor will analyze performance in line with specific external funder requirements and deliver a comprehensive final evaluation report.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement an external evaluation framework
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data against funder requirements
- Prepare a comprehensive, actionable final evaluation report with findings and recommendations
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in program or project evaluation
- Robust data analysis and report-writing skills
- Familiarity with external funder reporting requirements
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with community-based or non-profit projects an asset

- Compensation: $30,000 for the contract
