EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
MEB Collective Inc. | SLEDGE Demolition
Work directly with the founder. Bring structure to the ambition. Help build what comes next.
THE OPPORTUNITY
MEB Collective Inc. and SLEDGE Demolition are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the President & Founder of MEB/SLEDGE and the other divisions within the collective umbrella.
This is a hands-on opportunity to become a trusted part of the businesses’ daily operations. You will help Trevor organize priorities, coordinate teams, manage schedules, maintain the CRM, and prepare project quotes—bringing consistency and follow-through to a busy, entrepreneurial environment.
We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in the details, and gets excited about helping ambitious ideas become well-executed plans.
THE COMPANIES: DISTINCTIVE BRANDS. SHARED STANDARDS.
MEB Collective brings together diverse capabilities across construction, renovations, flooring, painting, and property improvements. Our work combines practical problem-solving, creative thinking, and a strong commitment to the client experience.
SLEDGE Demolition brings that same energy to residential and commercial demolition. With bold branding and a careful, methodical approach to the work, SLEDGE is building a reputation around preparation, professionalism, and respect for the spaces entrusted to us. From selective interior removals to larger demolition projects, we believe the way a project is managed matters just as much as the finished result.
Our ambition is significant: build SLEDGE into the country’s leading demolition company while continuing to grow MEB’s broader capabilities.
Across both businesses, we value individuality, diligence, clear communication, and doing what we say we will do. We bring personality to a serious industry—and back it up with care and accountability.
WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH The president is an engaged entrepreneur with a strong creative vision, a relationship-driven approach to business, and a constant eye on the next opportunity. He is closely involved in everything from client relationships and project quoting to branding, team coordination, and business development.
Working alongside him means being part of the conversations, decisions, and daily effort that move the companies forward. You will help turn ideas into action, keep commitments visible, and create the organization needed to support continued growth.
The right person will be comfortable asking questions, offering suggestions, identifying gaps, and taking initiative.
