Old Port Pub is a family-owned and operated pub in Dartmouth, known for good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for a reliable, positive Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy preparing outstanding food, working with good people, and being part of a busy, team-oriented kitchen, we'd love to hear from you!

What we offer:

- Starting wage of $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and training.
- Permanent, part-time position with approximately 30 hours per week.

- A kitchen that is closed on Sundays.
- What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
- Following food safety and sanitation practices.
- Working with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Taking pride in the food we serve our guests.





What we're looking for:

- Previous kitchen or line cook experience is an asset.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependability, teamwork, and good communication.
- The ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy services.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.

Our hours of operation: Monday–Wednesday: 11 AM–9 PM

Thursday–Friday: 11 AM–10 PM

Saturday: 11 AM–9 PM

Sunday: Closed
