Prince George Motors is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their growing team!

Job Summary

- Dispense support to all service bay technicians by supplying and ordering the appropriate parts required
- Provide excellent customer service both on the phone and over the counter for our Wholesale and Retail customers
- Provide the appropriate information to all general parts/service/Accessory/Tire related inquiries
- Phone suppliers for parts required
- Correctly identifying parts needed, taking technician orders, quoting prices, creating purchase orders & invoices
- Handling and providing prices for telephone enquiries
- Conducting inventory of the stock, preparation work, and clean-up
- Ability to present information regarding status of pending backordered parts and supply an estimated time of arrival if possible

Employment Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a parts driven environment




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with staff and clientele in a positive and courteous manner
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast pace environment without compromising quality
- Efficiency in ADP/CDK/ERA software
- Knowledge in vehicle accessories
- Ford experience an asset
- Dynamic & proactive attitude

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
