Job Mandate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Financial Analyst delivers quality billing analysis to all levels of management for decision making purposes, with a key focus to partner and support the team. Guides the Analysis, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances.

The function will consist of but not limited to:

· Assist in the preparation of financial and billing reports

· Perform data entry, verification, and back-up; and maintain database

· Manage and coordinate the key financial measurements

· Monitor variances, track receivables, and follow up on discrepancies

· Conduct business studies, review accounts, contractual terms, prices, and market oscillations

· Analyze financial performance and develop forecast models

· Perform budget and actual analysis, reviewing and advisory of financial status

· Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.

Qualifications





· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

· One to three years practical experience in financial planning and analysis positions.

· Must have extremely robust MS Excel skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required

· Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required

· Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

· Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems

· Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
