Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, this analyst consolidates ELCAN Mission Area data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. The work includes budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, financial models, and variance analysis. Collaboration with finance and business functions supports accurate, timely information and improved planning tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Develop financial models for business units and projects
- Analyze trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Support monthly reporting and management reporting




- Oversee cash forecasting for short- and long-term planning

Requirements:

- University degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, or related field
- Minimum three years’ financial planning and analysis experience
- Working knowledge of computerized financial enterprise resource planning applications
- Advanced Excel skills and manufacturing experience as an asset
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
