Fire+ is hiring a Fire Prevention Maintenance Sales Specialist for our Hamilton branch - We are seeking a positive, professional, career orientated individual to add to our Sales Team! Successful candidates will be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order. Leveraging your FIRE (Alarm, Sprinkler, Emergency Light, Extinguisher, Suppression and Annual service) industry knowledge and sales acumen, you will engage with clients to understand their specific needs, present effective solutions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.

Main Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound calls & emails
- Maintain Sales Team KPI
- Prepare detailed and accurate proposals based on client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and the company
- Answering customer enquiries and determining customer needs/requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Researching ways to penetrate recent markets
- Identifying new business through gaining referrals and cold calling




- Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
- Working with our inside/outside sales teams and suppliers to help create new sales strategies
- Support sales and service staff in managing client relationships
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and fellow staff members

Skills Required:

- 3+ years sales experience within the Fire Sales Industry (industry experianced is an absolute pre-req)
- Team Player, adaptable, energetic, fun and have a positive professional attitude
- Accountability, dependability and solid work ethic
- Organization, time management & multitasking abilities
- Communication – both internal and with customers
- Ability to sell and promote the company

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
