Ignition Motorsports has served the Vancouver Island since 2013. As a dealer representing major OEM brands, we sell and service motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides.

We are looking for a Fixed Operations Specialist to join our team.

This essential position is responsible for coordinating our parts, gear, and accessory sales, and logistics. In this central role, you will bridge the gap between our customers, service, sales, and parts. We are looking for a motivated individual to fill this essential position in our team.

This is a full time position, however we will consider part time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales: Help customers find the right parts, accessories and premium riding gear.
- Service: Handle vehicle check-ins, and complete checkouts after service.
- Team Coordination: Communicate across service, parts, and sales to keep workflow timelines on track.
- Logistics: online orders, inventory managment, and special orders.

Qualifications





- Strong People Skills: You genuinely enjoy talking to customers and can stay cool and professional when the counter gets busy.
- Multitasker: You can jump between a ringing phone, an online order, and a customer standing at the counter without losing your place.
