Google DeepMind in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Research Developer to design, train, and optimize foundational ML algorithms and systems. You’ll work across research and production, translating ideas into production‑grade architectures and scalable serving infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with Google product teams, contribute to novel evaluation methodologies, and help push frontier AI capabilities into real‑world environments.

Salary in CAD with bonus and equity.
