Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Overnight Concierge for a luxury condominium located in downtown Toronto. This role is vital in maintaining the safety and comfort of residents while upholding our company's standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional manner during overnight shifts.
- Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to ensure property safety.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any security concerns.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce building policies and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Collaborate with property management and security team to uphold high standards of service.
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the luxury standards of the condominium.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
- Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
- Good communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security are preferred.
